Accounts and sign-in

Do I need an account to use Snowshack apps?
Not for Spellshooter 2. The game runs, keeps your personal best, and tracks your stats and achievements on your device with zero sign-in. Optional leaderboards use an anonymous player ID and a chosen display name. Alpenkeep and Ampledger require sign-in for syncing or sharing features.

What happens to my data if I never sign in?
It stays on your device. Deleting the app deletes that local data. Leaderboard submissions include scores, player name, friend code, and an anonymous ID sent to our backend when enabled.

How do I delete data you hold about me?
Email [email protected] with the product name and the player name or friend code involved. We may request clarification to locate the correct record.

Pricing and purchases

Is Spellshooter 2 free?
Yes. Clear 'Em score-attack, the Daily Challenge, and personal-best tracking are free with no paywall. An optional Deluxe unlock adds additional modes, removes ads, and includes seasonal content, with no subscription planned.

What will Alpenkeep and Ampledger cost?
Pricing has not been finalized for either. The plan for both is a free tier alongside an optional paid tier with extra features.

How do refunds work?
Purchases in our mobile apps are processed by Apple or Google, so refunds follow their rules and are requested through the App Store or Google Play rather than from us directly.

I bought Deluxe on one device. Does it work on my other devices?
Yes, on devices signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account. Use the Restore Purchases button on the Deluxe screen. Purchases don't transfer between Apple and Google accounts.

Ads

Do Snowshack apps show ads?
Only in one place and only by choice. Free players in Spellshooter 2 can opt to watch a rewarded video in exchange for a specific in-game reward. Deluxe removes rewarded ads entirely, and Alpenkeep and Ampledger have no ads.

Are the ads personalized?
No. Rewarded ads in Spellshooter 2 are requested as non-personalized, and the app does not request permission to track you across other apps and websites.

Platforms and availability

Which platforms do you support?
Spellshooter 2 is available for iOS and Android, with a free web version. Alpenkeep is in development for iOS and web; Ampledger for iOS.

What does "coming soon" or "in development" mean on this site?
"In development" means we are still building it and there is nothing to download yet. "Coming soon" means the product is finished and working through store submission or final testing.

Why did SkiQuiver and Breakerly change names?
Both were renamed in July 2026 after trademark clearance: SkiQuiver became Alpenkeep and Breakerly became Ampledger. The products themselves did not change.

How do I report a bug?
Email [email protected] with the app name, your device model, your operating system version, and what you expected versus what happened. A screenshot or screen recording helps enormously.

How quickly do you respond?
We read every message and aim to reply within two business days. Purchase problems and data requests are handled first.

Can I suggest a feature?
Please do. Ideas go to [email protected]. Several Spellshooter 2 modes exist because players of the 2012 original kept asking for them.
